Service Description

This includes a 1-hour consultation (available online or in person, depending on location), where I’ll provide personalised recommendations rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). These strategies will be based on your responses to my questionnaire and data from your sleep diary, completed via my app. After the initial consultation, we’ll have 5 follow-up sessions (scheduled weekly or fortnightly) to introduce additional techniques and continue addressing your sleep challenges.


Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
