About Us

Our Story

Ammi provides new and expectant parents with affordable, easy access to a variety of parent/infant experts through a range of offline and online formats including workshops, mental health programs (currently in development) and coffee mornings. Ammi was born from our personal frustration for the lack of support and expertise that we experienced as mothers of new born children in London. After connecting with dozens of other new parents, we know our experience is not unique.  It is our mission to empower parents with information, support and community to make this new chapter of their lives easier.

Founder

Priyanka is a former strategy consultant and business development professional. She resigned from her last corporate role in 2020 after significant life events to focus her career on mission based ventures. She then joined Zinc Venture Capital as entrepreneur in residence, where she focused on perinatal mental health and the concept for Ammi was hatched. As a mum of two in London with no support network or access to expertise, she struggled as a new parent and feels passionately about supporting other new parents as they embark on their parenting journey.
